Moonglet At Karol Bagh Market

We all usually eat street foods outside when we go to any market, whether it could be Delhites favourite Momo or different types of chaat etc.... But today when I went to Karol Bagh Market I came up with a new kind of a street food i.e. Moonglet. Moonglet is basically a type of cheela that is being made in many people's home in a morning breakfast as well. Moonglet is made up of Moong Dal batter. At KB Chaat shop one can have Single Butter Moonglet at ₹70 as well as Double Butter Moonglet at ₹100 along with three kind of dips.
So let's find out what all ingredients they use to make the Moonglet and how it taste. At KB Chaat shop Moonglet is being prepared with a batter of Moong Dal containing sweet corns, onions, beetroot, coriander leaves and Capsicum along with Butter. Special dips were there that have been made of Date Palm (Khajur), Mint and Tamarind (Imli). Khajur chatni was sweet in taste, then Mint chatni was little spicy and the the Imli chatni was sweet and tangy both that gave a unique taste to Moonglet. I can say that the taste was very good and it was crispy and cruncy to eat with all these three chatni.
